Senior Client Liaison Officer
Alanna joined SHG in August 2020 as our Front Desk Executive. With a background in operations & customer service, Alanna is dedicated to making sure that our clients experience the best care possible.
In November 2021, Alanna joined our accounts team and continued to assist our clients as a Legal Officer in our Business Team. To ensure that our client experience is second to none, Alanna was promoted to Client Liaison Officer in August 2022, and works closely with Emily Shoemark and our Business Team.
When Alanna is not at work she is crafting, reminding herself to exercise & get outdoors, spending time on the family farm, and fulfilling the “Fun-Aunt” role to her friend groups children.
