Are you buying or selling property in NSW? Are you about to enter into a lease as a Landlord or Tenant, do you need to vary an existing lease of NSW land?
From 22 March 2021 the Registrar General has mandated further land dealings (documents) that must be lodged electronically.
This means that NSW Land Registry Services will be unable to accept these dealings in paper at our Lodgment Office if signed on or after that date (some exemptions may apply).
SHG is a Subscriber and are authorised to lodge documents electronically using an Electronic Lodgment Network Operators. We are a registered and certified member of PEXA.
